How to Make Oven Roasted Strawberries
Step One:
Chop strawberries into quarters and add the sugar and vanilla in the loaf pan

Step Two:
Bake at 225° F with foil over the top for 15 minutes. Stir slightly and continue to cook for 30 minutes

Step Three:
After 45 minutes, remove from oven and pull off the foil to let the strawberries cool

My Kinda Professional Tips for Oven Roasted Strawberries
- Let them go low and slow. You don’t want to bake these too fast or they will turn into jam.
- Let them cool before storing. Unless you’re using them right away to put on top of waffles!
- These strawberries will keep in the fridge in a close-able container for one week.
