Fry Sauce

If you’ve never had fry sauce let alone heard of it, this is about to be your new favorite fry or tater tot dipping sauce! I’m sharing an Idaho staple, but with a homemade twist.

Ingredients & Equipment Needed For Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise– Not Miracle Whip. Real mayo. Or a Vegan equivalent if desired.
  • Chili Sauce– Brand of choice, I like Heinz®.
  • Worcestershire
  • Salt & Pepper

Equipment:

  • Set of Measuring Cups & Spoons OR Digital Kitchen Scale if using Metric
  • Medium Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Close-able Container– For storage purposes.

My Kinda Professional Tips For Fry Sauce

  • This recipe is pretty fail-proof! But would suggest just making sure that all of the ingredients are well combined.
  • If you want a little more heat, you can add a dash (or two) of cayenne powder.
  • Probably the best part of this recipe is that it keeps in a close-able container in the fridge for up to 2 months!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayonaise or Alternative (239)
  • 2 Tbl Chili Sauce (10 g)
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • to taste Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine together all ingredients in the mixing bowl. Whisk to combine and place into a close-able container and keep in the fridge
